
DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement is concluded electronically between the following parties.

BUYER
The person who places an order through the website www.siuniq.com.
2. SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.
3. PRODUCTS AND PAYMENT
The type, model, color, quantity, and sales price of the products are specified during the ordering process.
Payments are securely processed through trusted online payment infrastructures.
4. DELIVERY
Orders are prepared depending on stock and production availability and delivered to the shipping company.
Estimated delivery times may vary between 3–14 business days.
The Buyer will be informed in case of possible delays.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive products that are not suitable for return.
Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition.
6. RETURN CONDITIONS
Return requests must be sent to info@siuniq.com.
For products damaged during shipping, a damage report must be prepared upon delivery.
7. PRIVACY
Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order and delivery processes.
8. ENFORCEMENT
By placing an order through the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved before the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
